Sound Bath

Yesterday was my first time experiencing a sound bath - it was really wonderful! I have practiced nidra yoga with singing bowls before, but yesterday was my first actual sound bath. (I didn't know there was a difference before, but there is!) Thank you to this gorgeous couple for the experience, and letting me play with the singing bowls afterwards! And I love witnessing couples working together :)
